Plant Pals Operations and Training Project
I used the 4 of the 5 documents below to create my project charter for this project.
This Project is from my Google Project Management Professional Certificate Course.
It is a run through of a complete project and the documentation used to manage it.
This is from Course 2 through Course 4.
These Templates are what I built to create my Project Charter
Documentation to Create the Project Charter:
- Smart Goal 1
- Smart Goal 3
- OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) + Scorecards for each objective
- Success Criteria – This is only a template ( I didn’t use this to create this project charter)
- Stakeholder Analysis Chart
- Stakeholder Analysis Graph
- RACI Chart
Here is the Kick-Off Agenda for the project
As you will see there is a lot to this project.
I designed all the templates myself using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

The Presentation of the Customer Survey Findings
Let me tell you a story about Plant Pals. We are trying to bring plants to peoples offices to they have a little company while they are working their 40 to 60 hour week. These plants are a little piece of the outdoors, indoors to bring some fresh air into the office.
We have started our pre-launch and have hit a couple of hurtles but that is not surprising, hurtles happen when you are trying to do something new.
Our first hurtle is on time delivery. This one occured because most customers want their deliveries all at the same time. We are working to fix this by adding more early drivers to the schedule when customers want their orders most often.
Our second hurtle is customer service. We had some software issues early on. Once those were fixed things have been going up hill and are looking to reach our target shortly. We have also come up with some other solutions that hopefully mean less phone calls to customer service.
After it is all said and done – The Project Closeout Report.
To Finish up the project and make sure all the loose ends are wrapped up. And Celebrate a job well done, and to recornize anything that needs to be noted for future projects.
Thank You For Checking out my Case Study
